A Decade of Change – 2019 Year in review
The year had some highs but also lots of sadness. My care, health and wheelchair have also caused lots of issues and stress and I’m honestly glad we are now in a new year.

I have decided to split these posts into years as nobody wants to read an autobiography! First off is A Decade of Change – 2010 to 2013.
It’s been a mixed couple of weeks for me, last week I was very busy so I really wanted to relax and enjoy the sunshine this week, I managed for the most part with a few hiccups along the way.
Another Sunday outing, this time to the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford, It was my first time up in the chair since before Christmas and I knew an hours journey each way plus time in the museum was probably pushing it but with the current care situation I have to make the most of any chance I get to go out.
Yesterday was MCM Comiccon and I finally got to wear my outfit, it was supposed to be steampunk Iron Man but I don’t think there was enough Iron Man in it in the end, but it still worked as something steam punk.
Well yesterday I went to my second Comic Con, this time with my best friend Kylie, I had encouraged her to dress up so I thought I really should too, I chose to go as Tony Stark, Iron Man, why? Well probably because I’ve always liked that character and his new reincarnation played by Robert Downey Jr. is just awesome.
Yesterday was forecast to be sunny so I decided to try visiting somewhere new, Cotswold Water Park, it looked good, lakes, woods, wildlife and also dog friendly (during the summer dogs freedom is more restricted).
