New Delhi, India: Orkash has showcased its Web 3.0 solution for automated intelligence creation.
Designed on the enhanced version of NASA’s Earth browser, World Wind Java, the prototype is a comprehensive geospatially enhanced Web 3.0 solution automating the process of searching and contextualisation of information, from heterogeneous sources of unstructured data, on the worldwide web. The application consists of several layers and artificial intelligence based expert engines that integrate geospatial data analysis, visualisation and location contextualisation capabilities with Web services, semantic search and Web-mining technologies.
NASA’s World Wind Java technology forms the client side front-end as an Earth-browser, and integrates all the Web 3.0 services architected into a single application. World Wind is a central part of the technology’s architecture and has proven immensely scaleable for adding increased capabilities that benefit from a geospatial context. In an email statement, Patrick Hogan, Project Manager, World Wind, NASA stated “It is interesting to see this highly innovative adoption of World Wind technology by an Indian high tech company.”
