It seems the Google/AMES collaboration announcement has been delayed maybe this is another case of Google jumping the gun (although the email was from NASA) and trying to put a PR spin on another deal which isn’t all that big, I know NASA wasn’t too happy last time they did that.

Whatever the reason, as I’m sure you all know I’m pleased by the delay.
