The thing is, the letter uses the same language, the same argument, from 15 months ago, that my little code Âjeopardizes our ability to make Google Maps available to the public because it encourage downloading of our copyrighted images and data.ÂIt isnÂt us, they say, but that mean data provider, and if developers do interesting things that we donÂt allow the data provider will pull the data.
Its the same argument they used with us, funny how Microsoft managed to get a better deal with their data provider isn’t it?
