Last week was reasonably uneventful, so I’ll keep this post short and just a quick catch up from last week with a few photos.
Last week was a fairly busy, stressful one, the highlight though was an unexpectedly meeting Dr Who herself, Jodie Whittaker!
With the Easter weekend weather looking good I wanted to make the most of it. I managed to visit Mallards Pike Lake, SymondsYat, Worcester, Slimbridge and Newark Park.
It was the first sunny day in a while where I’ve actually been able to get out without being too stressed. Slimbridge is a lovely place, although it will be nicer once they’ve finished all the building work, I’ll probably hold off on renewing my membership until then.
This was my first time visiting Cotswold Farm Park so I wasn’t sure how wheelchair friendly it would be. I wanted to go while it was still lamb season, but before the Easter holidays! I chose a saver ticket which is under £10, carers get free entry.
January hasn’t been the best month, wheelchair issues, care issues, Mum has had an operation on her knee, I’ve been feeling very stressed & my anxiety has been high, this along with feeling generally ill & low has meant I haven’t got out much.
